Let’s talk about something that we all know too well, and seems all too painful sometimes – Mondays. It's the start of the workweek, and for many, it can be a tough day to muster up motivation. It’s time to change that mindset a bit and remember a time in our lives, when getting up early and out of the house may have been somewhat enjoyable. I’m talking about when we were in school. A time when we weren’t burdened by bills, family, or basic hygiene. But, just like in school, we still have strategies to help you power through and make the most of your Mondays. 1. Set a Positive Tone Remember how we used to start our school days with a positive mindset? Of course, getting out of your cozy bed and trekking to school might have been hard, but once we got there, met up with friends, teased the kid we secretly had a crush on, and got into the swing of things, we became pretty happy. Well, Mondays in the work world deserve the same treatment. Start your day with a smile, take a few d
